Ellen Rassiger is the owner of Happy Dog Training & Behavior, Inc. She has been a full-time Professional Dog Trainer and Behavior Consultant on Long Island for over 17 years. She loves the science and art of dog training and helping her students experience the joys of owning a well-trained family companion!

Ellen lives in Huntington with her husband and three dogs, Kuchen, her senior female German Shepherd Dog, Ludwig, her adult long-haired shepherd male, and Snuzz, a (very!) adolescent Golden Doodle. While Ku is getting on in years, Ludwig spends his time doing agility, riding his skateboard, playing horseshoes (really!), and helping out at Happy Dog classes. Snuzz helped Ellen graduate the Karen Pryor Academy program this year, and is now hard at work on her basic manners so she can show off the best of what Happy Dog Training has to offer!
